It's practically impossible to get an appointment at a mutually agreeable time. I've been a patient here for 30+ years and it doesn't mean a thing. Lately, their staff is like a merry-go-round - as soon as I get used to a new doctor, they are gone. I have finally reached the end of my patience and and looking for a new practice that will actually care about my well-being.
RecommendedI have been going to HMA for about 10 years. I almost never have a long wait, the office girls are courteous and the medical staff is great. Dr Cohen & Dr Rosner are the best!
I have been going to Hatboro Med Associates since I was 3 yrs old. I am 63 and would NEVER go anywhere else. Through the years had the most AMAZING EXCELLENT care !!!I I even chose not to use a pediatrician when my children were born, only brought them to this practice !!! My friends would wait to hear back from their pediatricians all the time and I could always access a dr 24/7. Thank you to all of you at this wonderful practice for supporting my family and me all of these years!!!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!
I normally see Dr. Rosner;; I have the utmost confidence with his practice. I am treated like a friend. I have also seen Dr. Cohen and nurse practitioner Polin; both are outstanding as well as my experience with Dr. Rosner. Any problem I've had was diagnosed correctly. I can't ask for any more. The office is busy and you can see why from other patient's comments.
I had posted a one star review detailing my terrible experiences with this place, but it seemingly disappeared. It's still awful, just keeping the 5 star to hopefully show others. Try harder rather than hiding your mistakes.
I have been a satisfied patient at Hatboro Medical for over 30 years and have been the patient of several different doctors during that time, all of whom have left the practice for one reason or another. The doctor who I have been seeing now for many years is Dr. Cohen. He is, without a doubt, the best - friendly, caring, helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to spend an appointment with - always upbeat. Definitely recommend.
Caring and careful. Dr Cohen ( and all the docs and staff) are responsive to the patient' needs and concerns.
