Great place .....great service
Hattrick is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always excellent, the portions are generous, and the atmosphere is fun and welcoming. Whether you’re stopping in for lunch, dinner, or to catch a game, it’s consistently a great experience. I especially want to recognize Michelle for the outstanding service she provides. Where do I start, bear in mind it’s Sunday at 5:30pm, first there was only one person serving and bartending, that was the first sign. We ordered drinks it took 10 minutes for them to arrive we started to order food, my son wanted a Rueben sandwich she said they didn’t have it, there was something else that he wanted that they also didn’t have, but they did have burgers. I walked in and took a seat at the bar to order a drink and sat there for 10 min as nobody greeted and asked me what I wanted to drink. I watched the blonde female bartender flirting with three guys sitting at the bar ignoring other customers like myself. Other bartender was cashing out a group and he walked right by me not addressing me or saying he would be right with me. He took a person's order that came in after me. They clearly showed that they did not want my money and business. Walked out and left.
If you’re going to offer an all you can eat special, make sure your servers know not to treat your customers like assholes for ordering the all you can eat special. Came in for the Wednesday crab special. Put our order in. I was the only one who did the crab, but they brought my first order out dead last which left my family waiting on me while I picked crabs.
