Worst customer service I've experienced. Went there to have 2 hats embroidered and they looked horrible when "finished". The associate told me to come back tomorrow when a manager was there. I called back and they told me the hats "looked fine" and that I didn't need to call and speak to a manager because "they are all managers". Then the employee would not tell me his name or tell me when his manager would be in so I could speak to his supervisor.
