There are probably competent people working there unfortunately the guy working on my rig was anything but. Won't be back .
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! We were explicitly told they had a specific part in stock for our truck, but this turned out to be false. The mechanic arrived without the oil pressure valve, we then tried to cancel the road call but they refused, the mechanic then disappeared for 2-3hrs "looking for the part", when he came back he told us he couldn't fix the it and truck needed to be towed. They're also charging us 50 miles on this bill, even though we were 4-5 miles away from their shop. The total bill came to an absurd $1,12... read more
