Consistently friendly and helpful service. Hat Hill Records is now a "must visit" for my family when we are in the area. The store has a wide range of records and helped us secure one that wasn't in stock. Postage was prompt and we were enjoying the music soon after; bravo!
How strange. I purchased a couple of second hand records from this store on the weekend. The gentleman behind the counter pointed out a soul record I had and asked if I’d be taking it home to dance to. I stated it’s unlikely as I’m not a dancer. First track the needle hits that groove and I’m up. Headphones off and forcing the wife to enjoy. These people know something. Is it magic? PS: for the man interested in Northern Soul check the Mod Marty podcast from Canada. I’m a fan.
I make it a tradition to pay a Visit to this lovely Store every time I pass through the Mountains. The Staff are always friendly, approachable and helpful. The Quality of the Vinyls are always excellent and the Set Up of the Store is very Detail oriented, which for someone like me is always something to respect. For a Small, Independent Business, it is very impressive and gives officially Franchised Music Stores a run for their Money. I highly recommend it to all Music Buffs when visiting Blackheath!
