Placed an order for eco flush toilet parts on March 28 and paid for 3-5 days shipping. I am still waiting on the parts to fix the women’s toilet in my business. Called last week and I was told that factory accidentally shipped the parts to them. And they would ship them back out to me. Been another week since that conversation and still no parts.
