I had an issue with the shipper not the store. USPS f’d up my order but Hat Club went above and beyond to make things right even though it wasn’t their fault! Great staff that works at the Distribution center! From the front of house to the team in the back, everyone was a pleasure to talk to! Thank you!!
I placed an order in Sept 2025 only to receive an email stating my order was cancelled. I emailed customer service to ask for the reason and get an automated response that the payment was flagged. My wife placed an order at the end of January for two hats to gift to me for Valentine’s Day only to also receive an email stating the order has been cancelled. Just got my order in with in a couple days. And I live in San Jose CA. They shipped out pretty fast. Super happy with what I got. Just in time for Thanksgiving tomorrow. Thanks hay club for the fast delivery.
