Just got my order in with in a couple days. And I live in San Jose CA. They shipped out pretty fast. Super happy with what I got. Just in time for Thanksgiving tomorrow. Thanks hay club for the fast delivery.
On 10/28/21 ordered a Exclusive access Sandstorm Collection Los Angeles Dodgers hat. Due to “technical” issues the product was over sold (Probably back Doored). So week later I received a cancellation email.
I ordered 2 hat duffels and 3 hats. Pachage had 3 hats and 1 duffel. Customer service is thru email, no one answers any phones and the chat on the site doesn't work. I will wait 1 more day for them to respond. If they don't I will go to my bank for a refund. This is ridiculous. Customers is how you make money. So customer service has to be up to par. IT ISN'T.
