DO NOT BOOK A LIMO WITH THIS COMPANY. Apparently terrible and downright dangerous service are the norm with Hasy limousine. Unfortunately one of my friends booked this company sight unseen for a bachelorette party this past weekend. Beware!! We are extremely disappointed with the service we received on Friday, October 6. When the limo arrived to pick up the bride, it was extremely hot inside. When I asked the driver to turn the AC up, he simply said that it didn't work. He didn't call for another limo or try to fix it. When we came out of the church, the limo wasn't outside. Terrible service. Showed up with the wrong limo and it didn't fit all the people in our party. Never apologized and agreed to a refund amount which was never refunded. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
Used them for my boyfriends birthday to dinner and back. Overall great experience. Booking with them was easy. When the day came the office called to let us know the limo was going to be late. Once the limo arrived our driver was so nice and did not make us feel rushed at all through out the night.
We partner with Hasy when we are overbooked. Th owner is fair, honest and a good guy to work with. We have trusted our customers to Hasy and have received some good feedback.
