DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! we hired a van and initially they come off a bit unorganised and rude then when we returned the van they charged us an additional £25 to clean it even though the vehicle was dirty when we picked it up then when confronted with a video i made from collection showing the van untidy i was laughed at and told basically tough luck.
AVOID! Hope I never have to deal with this entitled 'business' again, if you can even call it that. RUDE, REFUSED to accept responsibility for the company's blatant lies and illegal charges! Cost of living crisis ignored, they will rip you off and find sneaky ways to squeeze every last penny from you! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I SHOULD HAVE READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE USING!
