Excellent knowledge, efficient repair and super customer friendly. Have had two visits with different vehicles and excellent service on both occasions.
What started off promisingly turned into a disappointing experience with Hastings Tire. I brought my car in for rear wheel bearings to be replaced. They were not hammered in correctly. 600 miles and two days later, when the car was in a different state, a loud sound from the rear alerted us to the issue. A local mechanic has to fix it and when I asked Hastings Tire to talk with the local mechanic and discuss what the issue was, they refused to have that conversation.
