Terrible customer service, we booked a skip bin and some cars to be collected 2 weeks ago, assured us it would be delivered on 09/09. Monday rolled around, no word on it so we rang them, apparently there was some miscommunication on their end but they said they’d deliver as soon as they would. Today we rang and they said they ‘can’t’ do it. Thanks for ringing and letting us know!! I’m on leave to do this cleaning up, what a waste of time. If I could give them no stars, I would. Absolutely do not recommend.
Been their twice both times unload the scrap than disapear (no money echange)
