Dr. Hastings is a nice, compassionate Doctor, but his staff is RIDICULOUS! I have never been to a facility where the staff DO NOT answer the phone, takes weeks if not MONTHS to refill a prescription or submit a referral! I've spoken to Dr. Hastings about his staff with no resolve! I would NOT recommend this practice!
Horrible experience. If there was a rating of 1/2 star, I would give it a 1/4. Staff extremely unprofessional, lost my bloodwork and never called me to have blood drawn again. They received bloodwork results and NEVER called me. I had to call them, found out they sat on my results for 3 WEEKS. Turns out my results came back somewhat questionable and I had to chase THEM ?? REALLY?? Was NOT impressed AT ALL with anyone, including the Doctor!!! Do NOT, NOT NOT go to this doctor. EVER!
