Great position just a 5 minute walk down to Hastings St and your at the beach. Beautiful views of the sea with the hinterland around you. Only negative thing was it was a little noisy at times, you could hear the neighbors and people walking past. We would stay there again. For the price I think that they need to invest in some upgrades of furniture and the like
