I walked in to buy a new mower stood there waiting for a good minutes no one was willing to help me then they decided to serve somebody else that walked in after me. I took my money else where. I wanted to support the local business but if they don’t want to take my money so be it.
Great service and surprisingly good pricing
Been here many times. Arrogant and rude. Not willing to help unless they make a good sale. Chris was not helpful at all and rude.
The first two experiences were very pleasant and I was pleased with the service they provided. They ordered me in a specific screwdriver, 359 carb and I bought a T525. Roughly 7+ weeks ago, I came in and asked if I could order three more parts. They said that they ordered it in, but I suspect that they are just wasting my time. I’ve had much more success getting parts through OBM. Instead of waiting countless weeks and still ongoing. (I haven’t received the parts yet) OBM has a turnaround of 2 1/2. Rude attitude, miserable service. Last time I will buy anything here. I'd rather drive elsewhere than be told I have to buy parts that I don't require and tolerate grumpy rude mannerism as an accompliment!
