Kudos to Laura, Peita-admin and the nurses who go out of their way to assist and aim for positive outcomes. Dr Platt what a coup for the surgery. These folk make it a pleasure to have an appointment here. Kindness and empathy costs nothing.

Unfortunately I had the most unpleasant visit here today. The reception lady was awfully rude. I had never been here before and had asked a question and she was just so rude. Seems very unhappy with herself.

Had to visit this practice for a bone scan. I see from other reviews that people speak highly of the professional nature of the practice. My comment is only about appearance of the place. The exterior is untidy and overgrown and any numbering is difficult to see. The name of the practice is hardly discernible behind a wall of bushes. Makes the place hard to find by visitors.
