Went to the Open house at the new facility today... What a treat! First class all the way. Clearly a company that is run with the highest standards in mind and producing amazing quality products. Every product that I saw through the entire production process looked perfectly crafted. Employee retainment appears to be as good as a company could get (yet another sign of excellent management).
