I never thought I would need a medical malpractice lawyer but here I am. Very glad to have found Tommy and his team. They took care of everything related to our case and were very attentive. All our communications were returned promptly and they made sure we understood where we were in the process. Should we ever go through such a nightmare again I would definitely ask the Hastings law firm to represent us and suggest them to any and everyone that I know.

Recently while visiting a friend in Houston I helped her find Tommy by searching online. Who would have thought someone you know would ever need a lawyer for medical malpractice but that's exactly where she found herself after a botched surgery left her facing more medical bills and time away from work. I was involved in a hit and run accident where the offender left me in harms way and didn't care as to what condition they left me in. I've never been a fan of lawyers but Tommy, Greg and Linda have forever changed my view of the profession and potential for genuine compassion within it. My family went through a very tragic situation due to a hospital's negligence and the Hastings Firm was right there then entire two years of fighting them. In the end they finally offered us a settlement that was acceptable. The money won't change what happened but at least it will make our lives a little easier - and for that we will be forever greatful to these 3 lawyers.
