We have recently dealt with Hastings Lake on a few occasions and they were truly amazing. Dr Karen and her team were phenomenal to my dog Ryley. Ryley was a stray that we caught and she was a sad state when she was caught. Dr Karen and her team fixed her up and we have been going there every since. She was recently spayed and it was the cleanest stitch I have ever seen. And great customer service. I highly reccomend them.
Nikki, Abbie, and Dr. Karen went above and beyond when they didn’t have to. I trapped a semi feral cat in west Edmonton who by chance, turned out to have been microchipped at their clinic six years earlier. The team made every effort to track down the original owner, when that wasn’t possible they took on the responsibility of rehoming the cat rather than letting him end up at ACC, where because of his age and coat colour he likely would have been euthanized.
