I have nothing but great things to say about the care that my family and I have received here at this office. We have always felt that the office goes above and beyond to take care of us. They have gotten me in same day when I had something come up. The medical assistants, nurses, and other staff have all been kind to my family. Thank you for everything you do for us!
We have gone here for 4 years and every time we've come it's been worse than the previous time. The staff is awful, always blaming their system on why they can't find my kids, and incredibly rude. I'm a mom of 5 and patient with mistakes happening, but a rude woman behind a desk is just ick. Some "customer service". No wonder it's a 3 star facility.
HORRIBLE front of the house staff -- Dr. Booker has always been wonderful, but the staff is unorganized, disrespectful, and incredibly rude.
rude front desk staff. not upfront about charges, doesnt bother to look at insurance coverage. had to resend bloodwork papers to the labs 4 times before they finally did it correctly. had to remeasure my babys height multiple times
