Went for my annual physical. Got blood work and refilled my prescriptions. Then they send a bill. It seems they have a new policy; my prescriptions were not part of my preventative care, and were not covered by my insurance. They wanted to bill me and extra $100 just to get my prescriptions refilled, the ones they put me on. How ridiculous. They should be ashamed.
Doctors and nurses are great. When it comes to the front staff however, I haven’t had a single positive experience. They are rude, speak down to everyone, and act as if every patient is an inconvenience. Does not matter if you speak with them on the phone or interact with them in person, it is the same outcome. Do better.
Dr. Asidoria started seeing me when she first located to Hastings. My diabetes is now under control. The best doctor I've ever had. Cori Leak RN Case Manager has been very helpful. The Medical Assistant is really good also. Never had a problem with anyone at the front desk. I would highly recommend Dr. Asidoria to anyone.
Dr Asadorion and her staff are so accommodating, friendly and professional. They are very knowledgeable and always have time for your questions. I love this office!
