Hastings House was originally an old farm established in 1894. Linda Montalto Patterson started gardening on the property in 1984 and she created a beautiful, natural haven next to the ocean. Her art students suggested she hold events here and Hastings House was born.

We reserved Hastings House for our wedding in early November 2024. It was a fantastic event thanks to Linda and her leadership, her marvelous garden, and the ambiance created by her husband Richard and his guitar. We got lucky with a gorgeous sunny day that brought out the best lighting for the garden ceremony and photos. Our family and friends were impressed with the whole experience. Linda’s garden is a breathtaking oasis by the ocean! We had our wedding here in September, and it was truly the best day of my life. Linda is incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful. Despite being quite particular with my wedding details, she went above and beyond to accommodate every request. On the big day, she generously allowed my helpers to start early and even took complimentary photos for us.
