Purchased the correct part on line for my bike from there site. But sent the wrong part told by Tristan to send it back. And told by him it was listed wrong by supplier and a replacement wasn't available. And I'd be refunded once returned so I paid shipping a second time and were informed by him that they were only going to refund me 1x the shipping.
