I'm a big baby with even bigger issues with my enamel, which means I'm always needing fillings. Every dentist I've seen here has been so kind, caring and patient with me. Today Dr Jessley persisted through my appointment which took longer than anticipated, and was making me feel so safe the whole time, even cracking the odd joke to put me at ease. I have never in my life had such lovely experiences as I have with the dentists (and nurses/staff) here. Can't fault them in any way - absolutely brilliant ❤️
I’m a nervous patient and I’d like to thank Dr Ian for being patient me and very gentle the best experience I’ve received. I can highly recommend Hastings Family Dental Care. We recently moved to the area and needed a dentist and were recommended HFDC by a neighbour. Hadn’t been to the dentist for a while and needed work which I found to be excellent, and done with care and understanding.
Clare at the customer service desk was very helpful in her insight to helping me in making my decisions about appointments and the service of my teeth and my families, for she has excellent people skills and is so relatable and relaxed in her ability and approach to the needs of my situation.
