I am very happy with my dentist at Hastings Dental centre. He did a very good job with a crown that I needed. I really appreciate his respectfulness and have never felt pushed into getting a procedure done. The receptionist is very friendly and I also almost enjoyed my cleaning today lol. She was very gentle and again respectful as to how I was doing throughout it. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a dentist.
Business, not healthcare. I booked an initial appt, knowing I would have to pay for x-rays on top of a cleaning. They called a few days before and asked if I could push the time by an hour or so. I couldn't, I had somewhere else to be later so I said no, they said OK. I arrived for my appt, was brought to the chair and on the screen in front of me was their schedule for the day, where my appt was an hour later than they confirmed with me.
