Just experienced a very poor level of service by a parts interpreter. Paid for emergency freight on a part for a breakdown on Friday, was advised it would be at Townsville Saturday (all calls recorded) went to collect 910am Monday - attempted to call three times first. Arrived and was met with multiple excuses, shrug of shoulders, and they can't control planes or transport. Happy to charge the additional for the emergency freight charge.
