Staff were delirious took forever to do simple transactions didnt offer a bag and expected me to carry a heap of stuff with my hands and half the store is empty
Great friendly local store. Would rate it better if they stopped moving stuff around and finish whatever they are doing. Also we miss the old staff that we have come to know over the years.
Thumbs down to Alyssa at the serving desk. I came through with my disabled client, who admittedly wasn’t listening to my instructions at the time. I apologised for the situation, but Alyssa was very rude to both myself and my participant. As a disability support worker, I understand these situations can be challenging, but we still deserve to be treated with patience and respect.
