VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS CAR DEALERSHIP!!! We purchased a 2014 GMC Acadia from them in January 2017, we have had nothing but issues with our vehicle and the SERVICE DEPARTMENT (Travis) is HORRIBLE to work with! We have brought it in 2x for the same issue and the vehicle is under warranty but the 2nd time we went there they tried charging us for the work I thought they did the 1st time even though after the 1st visit Travis (Service Guy) told us it was under warranty! Its all been a joke and lies from them! And here we sit AGAIN with the same issue, So I call to get our vehicle back into the shop for a 3rd time within two months and TRAVIS tells us they cant get it in until next Thursday w...  more>>

My son purchased a used car “as-is” from this dealership on 1/19/2015. Spent every penny he had saved, plus had to borrow and extra $400.00 to cover the purchase. He didn’t even get an hour down the road with this car when white smoke began to bellow out from underneath the hood. He took it to an automotive shop right away. After diagnostics uncovered that the Timing Cover Gasket was TOAST, the serpentine belt needed to be replaced, the alternator needed to be replaced and the water pump needed to be replaced which roughly came to over $2000 in parts and labor--- I called to speak to someone at the dealership to see if they would be willing to help my son out.
