They sold us a car that only worked for 1/2 day. It's been sitting dead since. They keep tossing out the 'as is' but they had no idea what they were selling. My 18 year old needs a car that works so he can get to work. We have paid over $500 for the vehicle to be worked on, but it still does not work. The maintenance place said it needed a new engine and quoted us $4000 for an engine with 100,000 miles with a 1 year warranty. I wanted to like this place, I really did. After buying a few vehicles at one of the largest dealers in the state, I was looking for a change. I had asked the sales team what they could offer over the bigger dealers, the only answer they said was better customer service. Unfortunately they could not even manage that. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS CAR DEALERSHIP!!! We purchased a 2014 GMC Acadia from them in January 2017, we have had nothing but issues with our vehicle and the SERVICE DEPARTMENT (Travis) is HORRIBLE to work with! We have brought it in 2x for the same issue and the vehicle is under warranty but the 2nd time we went there they tried charging us for the work I thought they did the 1st time even though after the 1st visit Travis (Service Guy) told us it was under warranty! My son purchased a used car “as-is” from this dealership on 1/19/2015. Spent every penny he had saved, plus had to borrow and extra $400.00 to cover the purchase. He didn’t even get an hour down the road with this car when white smoke began to bellow out from underneath the hood. He took it to an automotive shop right away.
