Hastings Books Music & Videos Hastings is a great place to buy good used disc. Prices are good also. I check there for all the latest DVDs and music CDs. It is nice that they have two locations.
Best rental in town Hard to write a review for hastings. I frequent it almost weekly. For movie rentals, they easily have the best deal, if you only need the movie for a day. By having a cheaper price than hastings, and offering 1 dollar back, you don't have to worry about paying 6 dollars for a rental. However their CD selection is out of order, and quite sparse
Multifunction place I prefer going to Hastings rather than Blockbuster. Its rentals are not that expensive, but I cant find as many movies as in Blockbuster. In my opinion, this location is a multifunction coz they do buying, selling, and/or renting DVDs, videos, CDs, tapes, and even books. The staffs are so welcoming. Good location to hunt what you are looking for.
smaller and cheaper Best Buy store Hastings is a bit more pricey then it should be, and their selection isn't as broad as it could be - BUT it's often better then its large chain counterparts such as Best Buy or Blockbuster. Unless you want to rent, then I would go to Blockbuster for a better selection. What I like best about Hastings is their promotional midnight sales of major new releases whether it be music, games, or movies. Music and Video and Books...Oh My! As a student at Texas A&M in College Station, I had a frequent need to be entertained. If I needed to rent or buy DVD's, check out the latest new and used CD's or find that novel I had been meaning to read, Hastings was the place. Great prices are available, especially on used goods, and they will even buy your old CD's or DVD's when you are strapped for cash.
