I had a disappointing experience with Matt Ponshtein, the owner of this business. My mortgage advisor ordered an appraisal on Friday, Jan10th. Matt visited the property on Monday, Jan 13th, and was expected to deliver the report within 24 hours. However, even by Friday, Jan 17th, the closing date, the report was not delivered. Attempts to reach the business were equally frustrating.
