Very rude & aggressive female seller! I was simply asking about their diamond appraisal procedure and it was taken as my distrust in their business (My first & last visit)! I was treated aggressively with rudeness and practically got kicked out! This person’s maneras does not fit the position, or even qualifies as the basic customer service skills in North America. My suggestion is to forget about this place.
I visited this store with the simple intention of asking about the price of gold. Instead of receiving a professional and respectful answer, I was met with rudeness and inappropriate questions about my personal daily expenses. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable — especially coming from a business that should respect its own customers and community.
