Tom Hast was our manager for two years. This man is a fast talker but hang on to your wallet. He staff's himself with females mostly because he likes to be the dominate figure. I have a Harvard degree and Tom is not a qualified property manager in any form. He is fully responsible for the two years of neglect & damage for projects the company he recommended for landscape raped us financially. Tom insisted we use this company. Stone Gate condominiums is one of the properties Hast & Co, takes care of....They are very slow to fix anything! The Air conditioning was not working well in 2012, it was a hot terrible summer...Now again the same thing. they knew it was broke last year and waited till just 2 weeks ago to start work on it this year! We will be with out air again for who knows how long. Since the property manager died a few months ago this property is going down hill fast! Opinion – This company could use help, in all departments, I find there accounting is in my opinion not accurate, the property managers seem in my opinion favorable of certain construction companies for personal financial gain. I would be more careful in my dealing with this company and in their dealings with the company bank accounts. Moving money from one company account to another to show financial monthly budget stability, is not how I would manage others money. My advice the market is large and many are hungry.
