I went here recently to use their Notary services. I transferred a $600 trailer title and got a license plate. I was charged $258 for this simple transaction. When I asked them to break down the fees so I could understand how much of that was for the state and how much was paid to them, they got extremely defensive and refused to clearly explain the amount.
