Not having sales people follow you around and answer questions you never asked was fantastic. We were able to try out features of the different mattresses and bases to make a decision on what to purchase. Even ordering was simple on the kiosk! Bed was delivered two days later and the set up was quick. Delivery guys were professional and explained how the base and remote worked. In and out in about 20 minutes! Great way to shop!
We were pretty cautious about the whole process with HassleLess as you really don't know if the ads are just hype. We needed a very sturdy bed and mattress as we are on the heavy side. We did our research and chose a new King bed with a sturdy frame and mattress. Fair price - all things considered and the on-line purchase went smoothly. Had a few issues with the delivery and set up but HassleLess Customer Service was very responsive. Everything went well overall. Very pleased with end result.
