We were pretty cautious about the whole process with HassleLess as you really don't know if the ads are just hype. We needed a very sturdy bed and mattress as we are on the heavy side. We did our research and chose a new King bed with a sturdy frame and mattress. Fair price - all things considered and the on-line purchase went smoothly. Had a few issues with the delivery and set up but HassleLess Customer Service was very responsive. Everything went well overall. Very pleased with end result.

I have not bought a bed in 20 plus years I like the fact I could go into the store take my time with nobody standing over me and try each bed. That was the big seller and prices were very competitive. The best part were the two delivery guys they could not have been nicer they didn't hit a wall they had some tough stairs to go up they were wonderful great employees.
