The store was super clean, with a huge selection of different brands of mattresses and different bed frames and bases. I spent about 3 hours in the store testing the mattresses and reading the information on them. It was really nice to be able to do that without a salesperson following me around. They lived up to the HassleLess name. Everything was great until it was delivery and setup time at my home!! Would not setup mattress and frame in bedroom,just left items inside front door for me to get up 2 flights of stairs. Would not take old mattress and frame. They said it was too dirty and had bugs,but no bugs were on them!!! Just did not want to hall them up the stairs.
Very good customer service and excellent response from the customer service representative when we had a question.
This is the way to go. Wonderful experience.. self shopping without a salesperson. All displayed mattresses include details on mattress construction, price by size, firmness rating. Ordered at 2pm on a Thursday, and it was delivered the next morning. Very personable friendly young delivery men. Definitely recommended!
Amazing so far. Our delivery is a couple of months out yet ... they are holding our order with no issues
