I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place! My husband and I went mattress shopping several months back. After having a poor experience at another furniture place where the salesman did not listen to our needs and suggested mattresses +$1000 over our communicated budget, we drove to Hasseless. Everything went as planned. Delivery guys on time and professional. It was Hassleless!
The best price and fastest delivery. I checked 2 other stores in town and this is the best. Other stores quoted 3+ weeks for delivery. HasselLess delivered in 3 days and that was with the holiday weekend in there. Delivery guys were great and really professional and nice. Would highly recommend them.
Overall good, but the customer kiosks within the store were difficult to use so we resorted to the web site which was a little better but could also be improved.
