Overall good, but the customer kiosks within the store were difficult to use so we resorted to the web site which was a little better but could also be improved.
I have to say we were a little skeptical about the whole process, but we visited the showroom twice, spent some time on their website, called in with some questions and ultimately decided to buy from HassleLess after visiting two other local vendors with salespeople. Value/Price was great, delivery was within a day, the delivery people were super friendly and efficient and we are very happy with our new mattress!
This was the most relaxing big purchase shopping experience I have ever had! We were able to take our time and really consider all of our options without the pressure of a sales person breathing over us and stressing us out! The actual purchasing was simple and they delivered in 2 days! The deliver men were outstanding! Very respectful and friendly! I would recommend HassleLess to everyone! I wish they would sell furniture too as I would love to have this same shopping experience while buying a new couch!!!
