When we went to the store, there was no one there. We knew what we wanted beforehand and tried three different mattresses in our price range. It was easy to order by using the kiosk, and the delivery person called us to say he would be at our house in 20 minutes on the day that we selected. Both of the gentlemen were very friendly. We totally enjoyed the entire purchasing experience.
It was a great experience for me. Was able purchase mattress without any stress. Would recommend to anyone. Also the two delivery men were great..so polite.
purchase was easy over the phone - the agent was very helpful. There is plenty of information on website about products as well. Delivery crew was outstanding!
