Was sceptic to be honest, stopped in after going a few other places and having no luck. No one in the store which was odd for sure, but great selection, great pricing, ordered there and was out in less than 25 min and the delivery was quick and easy. Would purchase from them again.
Horrible customer service, shady business practices. My 60- and 70-year-old parents were practically bullied into keeping a crappy mattress- the replacement for the first crappy mattress! They pawned off bad inventory on seniors. Wish mom and dad had taken my advice and gotten a memory foam mattress from Amazon.. best bed I've ever had.
This was the best mattress shopping experience. I love that not a single person bothered us, we could just try out every mattress for as long as we wanted. The pricing and deals were very clearly spelled out on each mattress. When it was time to order, the kiosk was user friendly and we were done 5 minutes later. I ordered my mattress Sunday afternoon. When we went to the store, there was no one there. We knew what we wanted beforehand and tried three different mattresses in our price range. It was easy to order by using the kiosk, and the delivery person called us to say he would be at our house in 20 minutes on the day that we selected. Both of the gentlemen were very friendly. We totally enjoyed the entire purchasing experience.
It was a great experience for me. Was able purchase mattress without any stress. Would recommend to anyone. Also the two delivery men were great..so polite.
