Sold my parents what seems to be a used mattress that sags in the middle. Charged $80 to send it back and have it replaced.. Then gave them the same mattress! I will be helping them file a complaint with the BBB.
Love that there are no sales people breathing down your neck, yet if you have questions you can call the number listed right inside. The lady on the phone was helpful and kind and very knowledgeable about all the mattress! Second time buying there and would go back again!!!
We were impressed by the entire process. Store was very clean. Sanitizers & cloth for covering pillows readily available. It was easy to see comfort level for mattresses & pillows. It was fantastic to just take our time, and be on our own. Ordering from the kiosk was self explanatory and easy. We received notification next day & call prior to delivery on Monday.. ordered Saturday delivered Monday. Fast friendly delivery team. A truly hasselless experience.
Went there to try out Mattresses found one we liked after trying out multiple times. Had it delivered and set up. It’s a king size Beauty rest Luxe. Almost a year old and there is a big hump in mattress called about warranty and they said there was a $ 75 charge for them to come out. Never heard of being charged for warranty. I just had back and neck surgery and this is crap.
