I brought my 6 yr old 37K miles Forester in for inspection and an oil change. After an hour I was told I needed front brakes(rear brakes done 2 years ago at inspection) to the tune of $500+ and additional $250 to change brake fluid. I told the tech that I have a coupon Subaru sent for $279 for brakes”okay send me that”. Due to the fact they were doing brakes oil change goes from $109.99 to $99.99.
