I want to share the bad experience I had at this place. Two months ago, I ordered a muffler for my vehicle; they told me it would arrive in approximately three weeks. Later, I found another place that had it in stock, so I decided to go back and request a refund. What they did was CHARGE ME 20% just to give me my money back. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
Currently as I write this have been on hold for over 5 minutes. Not even a please hold, how do you do business if you just leave people on hold forever. I am trying to order a part. Guess I will just go to another Ford Dealer Update: 6 months later now none of the phone numbers listed work. How do you people do business?!?!?!

Drove all the way from queens to you guys part department for yall to close before schedule time of 6pm smh.. waste of my time smh.... 8/28/25 Update I went the next day I receive the part I needed the guy at the parts department felt bad took care of me and gave me a discount for the trouble. I greatly appreciate it
