Currently as I write this have been on hold for over 5 minutes. Not even a please hold, how do you do business if you just leave people on hold forever. I am trying to order a part. Guess I will just go to another Ford Dealer
Drove all the way from queens to you guys part department for yall to close before schedule time of 6pm smh.. waste of my time smh.... 8/28/25 Update I went the next day I receive the part I needed the guy at the parts department felt bad took care of me and gave me a discount for the trouble. I greatly appreciate it
Maybe Good For Most Things But Parts Department did not have anything for my 04 super duty Parts department Said 20 years was too old to keep in stock!
Great guys in here. Unfortunately, they dropped the ball with my parts order, took a month, and never came in. The only real effort that was made was I did get my money back same day. Thats why it was not less then 3 stars
