I was the responding party in a Domestic Violence Restraining Order (DVRO) matter in family court, case no. 25TRPT00204, where Derek Brent Vosskuhler represented the other side. The DVRO was dismissed the day before the scheduled court hearing, after I had already incurred significant legal fees and time preparing to respond.
