Was 15 minutes late for an appt due to car problems. Called ahead. Upon arrival this doc refused to see me that day. They could have told me that when I called instead of waiting until I arrived to cancel me. Very rude treatment- would not recommend.
For the past three years I've had a variety of gastro issues, food intolerance, heart racing after eating, skin rashes, headaches, joint pains. After a myriad of testing with the different specialists and ruling out anything serious, I visited Dr Hassett for a food and environmental allergy test. As a child, I had allergies and asthma, so these were logical tests. She ordered the environmental test, but refused the food test! Was leaving to go out of town and needed my symbicort inhaler refilled which I have been taking for years. After a couple of trips to pharmacy they informed me that they had to contact dr hassett for a refill. They never got a response from her office. I called on a Thursday and her office informed me they will make my request for a refill urgent. Still nothing at pharmacy. I called Friday morning still nothing. Great physician who went above and beyond for a new patient! Very caring and took time with me. Highly recommend Dr Hassett.
Was referred to her. Scheduled me for an blood allergy test that I learned later could not be accurate because of two medications prescribed by previous doctor. Said at the time of the first test that they would schedule the scratch test in a few months. I got to see my results online at myoschner. She never contacted me again except through her nurse and never followed up on the second test or anything. Just left me hanging.
