I called for a service quote and was asked "Do you text" send me pictures and I can tell you. Then when I explained the situation he responded with its out if my service area even though said location isn't but 30 miles and a 30 min drive away.

Started talking with them 2 weeks out from a time frame i wanted a job done in. Was given quotes and assured they could get me done during the week time slot i was available for. Was waiting on word from ameren. He sends me a message saying they will be able to do the job a day before im available and no other time. This is told to me the day before they want to come work on the house. Complete waste of time. I could of found another company to do the job in the past two weeks. Would not recommend.

I had a flat tire while in Yellowstone with my wife and 4 young kids in tow. Hassell stopped and offered to patch and repair my tire and took of his own time on vacation to fix my tire and give me a bottle of soapy water to test it later on. If he's willing to do something like that while on vacation, I can only imagine that his professional operation is very well-run and generous. Thank you for saving our day in Yellowstone!

Gary Hassell is a great guy! We were in a bind because our electrical pole had fallen in the middle of the night after a storm and when we called Mr Hassell took it on himself as the owner to come out and was able to have a new pole up and our electric back on in record time without cutting corners. Thank you Hassell electric!
