Our well-trained staff monitors all of our guests closely, and our staff veterinarian is only a phone call away if medical issues arise while your pet stays with us. Laziness, management is horrible, owner doesn’t care about the need of the animals, please don’t bring your animals here, as a previous employee nothing has changed and after losing a dog and not being careful with the other it’s not a good place
I can't say enough about Hassayampa!!! Every time I'm Arizona, I go to Hassayampa! Right from the moment I pull into the parking lot I'm happy I'm there! I'm big on CLEAN sets the tone of my visit. The parking lot, the lobby, the facilities out back have always been clean. The people there have always been great, too! The owners, management and staff have always been courteous without being smarmy/snarky, pleasant and personable! I like going there, and really can't see myself going anywhere else!!!
Being that this is the 2nd dog lost at this kennel, it's hard to understand how they didn't learn from the past. I understand there were two slip leashes on the dog and yet still it got away.
Wonderful, attentive care for our furry companions. Love this place!
Excellent facility. Our Portuguese Water Dogs love going there. Cowgirl and Shiloh get pampered and we have Peace of mind knowing they are well cared for. Love the photos too!
Thanks for taking care of our Brodie ! First time visit! Saw the pictures ! Looks like he had fun ! Good to know that we will be able to drop off Brodie and he will have Fun ! Thanks again !
I give this facility five stars.....our standard poodle Gunner loves it here!
