Unfortunately, while they did take the time to speak to me these guys were never willing to provide a mechanics report after a smash repair via Youi last year. Now I have brake shuddering which they said they'd get a mechanic to look at after I brought back my car to them last week but instead they just said its wear and tear and told me to replace my front brakes instead of repairing it under Youi's lifetime guarantee. Have lodged a complaint via Youi to investigate.
