Dr Batayneh, is a very good neurologist! He's been my mommy's Dr since she was in the hospital. He's caring, quick, and thorough! He's also attentive and will answer all your questions. Thankful that my mommy has him as a Dr!
I was very happy with my experience with Dr Batayneh and his staff. My mother suffered an episode and was hospitalized. The hospital said that my mom should see her nuerologist within a couple of days of discharge. Shannon and Sharon were able to get my mom an appointment into the doctor's full schedule. When we saw Dr Batayneh, he was both thorough and informative. I am reassured that he will be tracking the progress of my mom's condition and treating accordingly. :)
If I could give less than zero I would. I have been going to this practice for 10 years. They have new staff. The Drs assistant who is in charge of prescriptions is incapable of sending refill prescriptions properly. Sends wrong dose or sends nothing at all . You will be fighting her for weeks to get it right. The young women receptionist is very nasty. The male manager is also extremely rude. Needless to say, I will be going elsewhere.
