If I could give less than zero I would. I have been going to this practice for 10 years. They have new staff. The Drs assistant who is in charge of prescriptions is incapable of sending refill prescriptions properly. Sends wrong dose or sends nothing at all . You will be fighting her for weeks to get it right. The young women receptionist is very nasty. The male manager is also extremely rude. Needless to say, I will be going elsewhere.
My husband doctor since 2015, he listen attentively to all our concerns... very nice Doctor...
Dr. Batayneh has excellent bedside manner and is very detailed & thorough also the associates were attentive and wait time was minimal.
