Attentive to details, probing questions, precise
I did not like the experience I received from this doctor Kelsey is well aware of his work they just there collecting money people don’t waste your time feeding Kelsey money to have a visit that may not benefit you.. I have also sent in messages on my chart, so Kelsey is fully aware of how I have been feeling with the services. I haven’t receiving since day one and no one has followed up with me. I’m sure that Kelsey will want me to send a feedback to their email, but I will not do that as that will not make anything better ... read more
Terrible experience with him! Do not recommend. My partner had an appointment with him for epilepsy. He was over 15 mins late to a video visit and kept his door open during the call. Other people walked in to ask him questions during her time which is a HIPPA violation. He also dismissed her concerns about how the epilepsy may be linked to other conditions. His rapport with patients is terrible. Never looked her in the face and typed on his keyboard loudly during the entire visit.
