They suck no one ever answers the phone or calls back it will take a week to get a pror authorization on a script. .
Terrible customer service. Impossible to reach someone when you call.
Dr. Bitar has been treating me for my hemorrhagic stroke for over four years now. There’s usually only a very short wait to see him. He always takes the necessary time to discuss my condition, analyze my progress, and evaluate how effective my medications are. He communicates clearly, listens to my concerns, and we have no problem understanding each other. I highly recommend his expertise should you have a similar condition.
