Terrible customer service. Impossible to reach someone when you call.
Dr. Bitar has been treating me for my hemorrhagic stroke for over four years now. There’s usually only a very short wait to see him. He always takes the necessary time to discuss my condition, analyze my progress, and evaluate how effective my medications are. He communicates clearly, listens to my concerns, and we have no problem understanding each other. I highly recommend his expertise should you have a similar condition. Waited over two weeks for a reply to a treatment question. Sent several messages, phone and online, with no reply. Had to make a trip to the office and was told I would have to see the doctor for information. I pressed the issue just asking if the doctor has ever prescribed the treatment.and finally got an answer of no. I cancelled my appointment.
Please hire someone to answer the phones! This is beyond frustrating.
