Love the Dr and the staff Went in gave my insurance card to see the Fr paid my co pay Billing department is terrible!!!!I have insurance and received a second bill today they have me down as cash pay with insurance! Dr. Baydoun is absolutely wonderful. If you need. Rheumatologist he is great. He listens and takes his time with you. This rating is for his office staff in Waterford. My daughter in law had finally made an appointment with him today. I have been asking her to please see him for months now. (Her Rheumatologist just doesn't listen to her and Dr. Baydoun will). The office staff was extremely rude to her when she called to set up her initial appointment with Dr. Baydoun. That rude behavior from the office staff could deter my d... read more
