Dr. Elmalik, treated me with respect, and listened to me, unlike most of the medical professionals I've encountered over the last several years. I realize that I'm "complicated", but that didn't sway his opinion. He was very knowledgeable, and I'm confident that I'm heading in the right direction.
Second time seeing Dr Elmalik. Confusion the first time about my pathology. Confusion this time about my medications. He ended up Sending a prescription to pharmacy for a Med we discussed I Had previously stopped as I couldn’t tolerate it. He had verbally advised to keep Using the topical drops the dermatologist had put me on- which were listed in my EMR. Dr . Elmalik, gave me wonderful care both in the hospital setting twice and in his office setting this week. He reminded me of my Uncle who has passd on and was a pediatrician into his 80's. He served his patients with a gentle wise touch and I felt that same type of care from Dr. Elmalik. I felt very lucky to be in his care. He dismissed me yesterday from Infectious Disease . He did very good work! Ever So Fondly, a.l. ( the patient who never said your name Correctly) I Thank you !!!!
