Eric Hass is a great real estate agent! He is super knowledgeable and patient. As a first time home buyer, I did not know what to expect in this crazy market, but he made the house hunting process stress free. My wife and I recently sold a house with Eric, a rental property that we'd owned in the San Fernando Valley for a number of years. Eric Hass is an exceptionally patient and knowledgable real estate agent. It took us a few months and several offers to find a home, but Eric worked around the clock to make it happen. Going though the home buying process for the first time, we realized that there are a lot of agents out there, but not all of them have the responsiveness, talent, and professionalism as Eric has.
