I've seen Dr. Hass for years. He is an old-school doctor and I really appreciate that. He is very informed but very firm in his opinions. He won't prescribe anything based on your request- just his medical determination - and he won't over-prescribe. He has the old school general practice belief as he handles most everything and only refers to a specialist if requested or if it is really outside of his scope. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. The receptionist is rude beyond belief. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority.
