I'd like to say i only rate this place 3 due to a switch in management. When I first moved in I felt unwelcomed. Till I got to know management and they get to know who I am. Ouida became not only the manager of our park but someone I felt safe with. I understand this is a business to some but to those of us who live here, it's our home. Yea there were times of struggle where we needed a few extra days to make rent. But we always did. That was a guarantee.
