I brought my son’s car to Haslet Auto Care for brakes and rotors. Initially, I had a very positive experience with the gentleman I spoke with on the phone and again when I dropped the car off. The process up to that point was smooth and professional. Unfortunately, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, my experience changed completely. I met with Brandon and Salvador Martinez (co-owner) at this location to purchase a truck. The only issue disclosed at the time was that the main fuel tank needed to be connected, as the vehicle was currently running on a small auxiliary tank in the bed. The test drive was also cut short due to concerns about running out of fuel from the small tank. Took my 2024 Hyundai to get oil changed, they broke the housing that holds my oil filter in and the choose not to fix, said they won't be working of KIA/Hyundai. I will NOT be going back there. It was only a $25 part, their lost..
