Customer service was slightly below average, but not a big deal. They were pretty quick. The reason for a 1 star review though is that I took my car in for an oil change on September 25, 2025. My oil pressure alert notification came on today (January 22, 2026). Immediately took my car to a different shop and they said there is no new oil which doesn’t make sense seeing the sticker from Haslet Auto Care with the mileage still remaining until a new oil change is needed…. No. They apparently stopped doing inspection
Went to Discount tire to get a new tire put on a rim. Was told it would take 2+hrs and would be after closing. Decided to go to Haslet Auto Care and they got me in and out within 15 minutes. Recommend Haslet Auto Care over Discount tire for any quick tire needs!
